3.     live within the site`s rainfall budget
4.     live within the site`s solar budget
5.     achieve carbon balance
6.     preserve urban density

According to figure, the proportion of residential will increase dramatically with lodging and office/ retail.
Habitat
The habitat and tree cover strategies are combined into the development of green streets, pedestrian streets and bioswales creating an integrated urban streetscape. These implements would provide increase 25-30% overall canopy coverage and high vegetative structural diversity. Two acres of mixed conifer forest are provided within the districts. The connectivity between forest patch and Sullvan`s gulch is improved and provided. Moreover, ecosystem around Sullivan`s Gulch and Willamette River is improved.
Water
The water strategy focuses on the district – wide storm water system, rainwater harvesting and the development of a block water treatment system for no drinking water uses. It is predicted that there is 62% reduction of potable water consumption through above infrastructure update, which will result in 89 % saving in water-related utility cost.
